Purpose of personal data processing

As part of the digital platform and media operated by VICRILA, a user’s personal data will be gathered and processed according to the context and usage involved, for the following purposes:

  • The treatment of job applications submitted through the corresponding application form on the website
  • The reply to inquiries and requests for information received via the contact form on the website. 
  • The treatment of the contact details involving customers, potential customers, and suppliers through the user portal and media provided accordingly. 
  • The remittance of commercial messages to customers. 

Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is the interested party’s consent to take part in a recruitment process or by submitting an inquiry or request for information for one or more specific purposes.

The legal basis for processing the data of customers and suppliers involves observance of contractual obligations or, as appropriate, legitimate interest pursuant to article 19 of the aforementioned LOPDGDD on the processing of contact details.

The legal basis for the remittance of commercial messages to customers is considered legitimate interest pursuant to article 21.2 of the Spain’s Law on the Services of the Information Society (LSSI in its Spanish initialism).

In addition to the above rights, the interested party is entitled to withdraw the consent given at any time, without said withdrawal of consent affecting the legitimacy of the processing prior to said withdrawal. VICRILA may continue to process the interested party’s data to the extent permitted by current legislation.

VICRILA reminds the interested party of their right to lodge a complaint before the competent supervisory body in the country in question.

VICRILA undertakes to fulfil its obligation of confidentiality regarding personal data and its duty to safeguard them, and it shall adopt the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, and unauthorised processing or access, pursuant to the provisions of current legislation.

VICRILA has implemented those security, technical, and organisational measures as required for guaranteeing the safeguarding of your personal data and avoiding their alteration, loss and unauthorised processing and/or access, in accordance with the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether these arise from human involvement or from the physical or natural environment, pursuant to the provisions of current legislation.
